If you run into any issues while updating your Here Buds, we suggest trying the below steps and then giving the System Updater another shot:
- Ensure your computer is running Windows 7, Windows 10, Sierra, El Capitan, or Yosemite as the System Updater is optimized for these operating systems. If your computer is on a different OS, please reach out to our support team and send us your logs so that we can further investigate. You can also try running the System Updater on a friend’s computer that is running on one of these OS’s. For more information on finding what OS you're on, click here.
- Temporarily disable any firewalls or virus protection programs installed on your computer.
- Disconnect and reconnect the USB charging cable from your charging case and your computer.
